As the Associate Director for the Advancing Local Leadership Innovation and Networks (ALL-IN) program, Sarah Ameso provides technical and operations support to the respective project Principal Investigators (PIs).
She holds an M.A. in Business Administration from Kenyatta University, Kenya. Relating to her work at ICED in alignment with its mission and vision, her previous work experience includes supporting numerous projects to set up and maintain robust and effective monitoring and evaluation systems. She also has experience in business development and project management, both of which inform her skilled work as ALL-IN Associate Director.
Sarah’s work is fueled by her passion for promoting and supporting African-led research and African researchers. Her decision to work in the non-profit sector is based on the opportunity to contribute to the evidence value chain, which includes generation, synthesis, and dissemination to the right audience with a potential of influencing policy formulation or change.
Both in her work and leisure time, Sarah can be found engaging in activities tied to her passion for supporting women and girls.
