Ebenezer Owusu-Addo is Senior Research Fellow at the Bureau ofIntegrated Rural Development, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science andTechnology (KNUST), Kumasi, Ghana. Ebenezer has 18 years’ work experience in international development and international health.
He has rich expertise in implementation research, translational research, and monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) – strategic planning, performance management, baseline surveys, performance evaluation, realist evaluation, and impact evaluations. Ebenezer also has rich expertise in evidence syntheses (systematic reviews,meta-analysis, realist evaluation and meta-evaluation).
His research interests are in rural development, rural health, poverty and inequalities, food security, and farmer health and safety, social determinants of health, and social protection. Ebenezer has led several grant projects either as a PrincipalI nvestigator or Co-Principal Investigator. He has attracted and managed grants to the tune of $28,689,803 between 2014 and 2024. Ebenezer has a PhD in Public Health (Programme Evaluation) from Monash University, Australia.
