There are options for non-cash sponsorship in the form of providing for specific conference implements. Examples include but are not limited to:
- Provision of printed material (branded/unbranded folders), conference agenda/programme, name tags, visibility materials (conference banners)
- Sponsorship for conference meals (in part or whole)
- Sponsorship for media announcements and/or briefs
- Provision of exhibition implements (tents, tables, screens, pin-up boards, etc)
- Registration fee coverage for delegates
- Any other budgetary aspects
