Special negotiated rates have been arranged for our conference participants. and it’s important to mention that you are an E2A Participant when making your reservation.
Due to limited availability, we urge you to secure your rooms as soon as possible to
avoid any inconvenience. Additionally, we advise arranging airport transfers directly with your chosen hotel.
Some countries in West Africa and in Africa are exempt from obtaining a visa for entry into Ghana. Other countries are also eligible for visas on arrival. To make sure you have the most accurate information, visit the Ghana Immigration Services website: https://home.gis.gov.gh/permits-and-visas/

organizing team member will assist you.
Travel and accommodation sponsorship is not currently available for E2A delegates.
If you are unable to join us in-person, we will also be making provision for online attendance. You can stay informed on the E2A website and follow us on social media for any updates about livestreaming.
