Howard White is a leading international expert on evaluation and evidence synthesis. He is currently Professor of Evidence-Based Public Policy at the Centre for Evidence-Based Social Sciences, at Lanzhou University. He was previously the head of the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie) and the Campbell Collaboration. He has work experience in countries across Africa and Asia and has published over 100 papers in international peer reviewed papers and several books.
