Dr. Emmanuel Marfo is the Ghanaian Member of Parliament for Oforikrom and Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Environment, Science and Technology. He also chairs the Global Parliamentary Group of the Climate Vulnerable Forum. He holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Policy and was a Principal Research Scientist in the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research.
